I signed up for 21st Century Scholars when I was in high school. Having the support from this program while I was still in High School and also while I was in college really played a part in my academic success. College is expensive – and the price has only been increasing over the years – so the 21st Century Scholars program was definitely beneficial to me. While I was in college, 21st Century also gave me many tools in getting help with classes, Financial Aid, and prep for choosing my preferred college of Purdue Northwest. I think that 21st Century Scholars is something that all students should seek for their future academic careers. It helped me create and follow a plan for what I wanted to do, which helped me stay on track. Without the 21st Century Scholars program, I would not be able to have a smooth experience in college.
